Comments Off on Chanel Pharrell Collection
After months of looking forward, fashionistas can now admire the latest designs in the Chanel Pharell collection. These are the designs made by Pharrell Williams along with Chanel’s design team.
In 2010, Pharrell Williams collaborated with Chanel to launch a special shoe design that sold only 100 pairs at Colette store in Paris in December before Colette closed after 20 years of operation. However, the attractiveness of these shoes has surpassed everyone’s expectations. Hundreds of thousands of people all over the world have subscribed to the waiting list. After that, many people spent thousands of dollars to own these special sneakers.
Information about the collaborative collection between talented music producer Pharrell Williams and the popular Chanel brand from Paris has been rekindled since the second half of last year. The whole world of fashion has been looking day and night until the designs are revealed. At the 2019 Cruise BST show of Chanel in Bangkok last November, Pharrell Williams also appeared in a yellow hoodie with applique details like the CC logo, number 5, the words Coco and Pharrell. That was the first design from Chanel Pharrell’s collaborative collection that was revealed to the public.
And recently, fashionistas broke down when admiring the designs from the “Chanel Pharrell” collection from the behind-the-scenes photos of promotional videos for this collection. It is a combination of Pharrell Williams’ style of street fashion with endless symbols of Chanel. The collection includes sweatshirts, hoodie, gowns, T-shirts with oversized handbags, belts, sneakers and thousands of accessories for bracelets, necklaces and more. The relentlessly promoted items on the street catwalk like belt bags, bucket hats, pierced shoes, etc are also included in this special collection.
Designs by Pharrell Williams with the late Creative Director Karl Lagerfeld and designer successor Virginie Viard are a clever blend of youthful spirit of street fashion and the reputation of a couture house best cult in the world. The colors used in the collection also show a spirit of dynamism, youthfulness, and vitality. This is exactly the message that Pharrell Williams wants to convey to fashion followers. The collection will be launched first at the Chanel store in Seoul, Korea on March 28 and officially available at Chanel’s other stores from April 4.
Comments Off on Screener Trainer: A dirty sneaker cost 870 USD from Gucci?
Newly launched designs of Gucci make many fashion followers, especially sneakerheads, surprised because of their “dirty intentionally” design.
A dirty shoe with an expensive price has caused a stir in the online community when many stars from Asia to Europe endlessly promoted. Recently, Gucci also made many people surprised when they introduced the “artificial dirty” style shoes with an official price of 870 USD. It should be noted here that it looks like a pair of old shoes that have been used for a long time.
The Gucci sport shoe model has just been launched called Screener Trainer for men with a design inspired in the 1970s. Italian fashion brand still keeps 2 strips of green – red – green which are already images. Gucci’s familiar, only the creamy main color with black stains everywhere to create a real dirty effect.
Although it is both old and dirty, it is expected that this shoe will be used by many people, especially for those who are lazy to clean shoes, because when you buy these shoes, you There is no need to fret about keeping it clean and white like other sneaker models because this is simply “Gucci Style”.
Everyone must not forget the image of Golden Goose Superstar shoes when referring to old shoes. Before Gucci, Golden Goose launched a crushed shoe model. Not only does the shoe look dirty and old, this shoe is also glued with sticky tape, which looks like a pair of worn-out old shoes that can be used to continue to use. Not only is there a sample like that, Gucci also has a lot of ‘dirty’ shoes for customers to choose.
However, a part of it is that this fad is not creative, but it is sympathetic for poor workers. Originally, they could not afford to buy a new pair of shoes so they had to wear it. Are Gucci and Golden Goose products a prank sold at an exorbitant price, or are these brands really sympathetic to poor workers?
Comments Off on Summer Fashion Looks For 2018
2018 is the year that is known for being fashionable, unique, and new. Since the summer is rapidly approaching with warmer weather, it’s finally time to put your cute winter clothes back in the closet for a few months and begin picking out what outfits you’re going to wear when you are attending those music festivals, going out with friends, or just even walking around outside. Now lets finally get into the top 5 fashion trends that you should be wearing this summer and a few hints on how to rock them.
Jumpsuits have always been seen in the fashion industry, whether it was back in the 70’s or just last week. These pieces of clothing are like a traditional outfit: it features an upper piece and a lower piece – however, they are connected as one. Though, that’s the only defining feature in a jumpsuit nowadays due to the variations that designers have incorporated. Some of these jumpsuits feature a cut out in the back or the front, zippers, a waist belt, ruffles, lace, and everything else you can think off. If you plan on sporting this look this summer, you should match it with a pair of heels and matching earrings.
Even if you don’t plan on working out, many people have begun to incorporate fashionable sportswear into their everyday summer wardrobe. The materials are lightweight, breathable, comfortable, and usually stylish. The upside to wearing sportswear is that you can mix and match them with ease with other items in your closet. A nice pair of sportswear leggings could easily make your entire summer outfit look more colorful and fun.
Denim has been around for decades for a reason. Other than being a durable and function piece of material – it can also be used to make your outfit look even more lively and give you a down-to-earth classic feel. While denim can come in a multitude of colours, a lighter blue colour would be the best compliment for the upcoming summer. Though one of the best things about wearing denim this summer is the endless amount of options you have with this material, you can wear a: denim skirt, a denim dress, denim shorts or pants, and even denim rompers. Have fun choosing what you are going to mix and match it with.
While this colour is on the bolder scale of things – designers have been incorporating it into more items of the 2018 summer collections. While many may see the colour as being too brash and hard to match with other items of clothing, a few ways to tone it down is by pairing it with black or white. These two colours are neutral and will draw some of the attention away from the bright pink.
Sheer dresses are the fashion equivalent of being bold and having a lump sum of confidence. However, for the shyer girls who want to rock this look, you are in luck seeing how sheer dresses come in an array of transparency, colours, and padding. This summer, the best way to rock your sheer dress is by pairing it with a pair of solid colour heels (black, white, or grey). Though, if your sheer dress does not come with padding that covers some areas of your body, you can always wear a bralette and spandex shorts under the dress to give you some more comfort.
Comments Off on Fashion: What to look forward to in 2018
It’s a new year, and while you might think that this means wholly new designs for the fashion world, you’d be mistaken. In fact, as always seems to happen with fashion, a few old favourites are returning. Remember the scrunchie? It’s back. Believe it or not, it won’t be the only fashion accessory from yesteryear which will be returning either. Let’s see what will be making a comeback or its debut later this year.
The Scrunchie is Back
Remember the scrunchie? Well, love it or hate it, it’s coming back. The must-have 90s hair accessory is making its return in 2018, bigger and more colourful than ever before. Ribbons were last year, it seems. If the popularity of the ribbon in 2017 was anything to go by, we’ll expect to find plenty of women with scrunchies in their hair this year – unless, of course, you really do hate them that much.
Bohemian is Back
It has been a long time since Sienna Miller walked around sporting the bohemian look. In fact, almost 15 years after she pulled it off, it is back. Stores are going around selling everything from South Western skirts, to suede and patchwork coats. If you’ve still got some of that 2003-2004 garb lying around, it might be time to take it out and give it a bit of dusting.
It has probably been a long time since you were in high-school. Not only is the backpack, well, back; backpack bling is back, too. Adorning your backpack with small spikes, patches, badges and other forms of bling (remember those bears that everybody used to carry attached to their bags?) is apparently the in-thing for 2018.
Punk comes and goes. When it’s out, people get criticised for being “out there”, but this year may just have seen the return of fully-fledged punk. Major designers such as Dior and Prada are getting in on the act, too. Red and black could be the colours for you to wear this year, and if you’ve still got your fishnet tights and mini skirts girls, now could be the time.
The 80s are Brought to Back Life
It isn’t just 90s scrunchies and 2000s backpack bling which are coming back. Many retro looks seem to be popping in 2018, and that includes the 80s. Legwarmers are creeping back into fashion (albeit not as bright as they used to be) and 80s hairstyles (crimped, specifically) are also in right now. Woolen sweaters, big brooches and shiny colours – are you looking forward to glitzing it up in 80s garb once more?
The Return of Floral
Remember those sofas and chairs we used to have, with the floral patterns? They are back, only this time surfacing as summer frocks and dresses. The 60s inspired floral patterns are being put out by many top designers right now, so if none of the classic returning looks check your boxes, you can always opt to retain looks you like most.
